WHAT WE DO
Our focus is on IT Infrastructure. Our clients tell us we understand IT Infrastructure like no-one else. We help clients by providing a set of services to "Deliver Business Enabled IT Infrastructures". We do this in 3 key areas, each of which we have a track record of over 15 years of experience in. Over the years, within each of these areas we have evolved our capability from purely bespoke consulting into a deep Centre of Excellence focused on helping clients tackle the current challenges in each area.
We are not focused on a particular technology, and constantly evolve our capability in each Centre of Excellence to keep pace with the challenges being faced by our clients. We are independent of any one technology or solution, and in this capacity do not sell any infrastructure hardware or software to ensure that our views are not biased toward any specific solutions. It is our ethos to provide capability across the project lifecycle, from strategy and planning, through design and into migration and implementation. We believe our industry is focused too much on specific 'technologies' when it should be driven by the client's agenda, their specific environment, budget, resources and so forth. We believe this is where the skill is.
Within each Centre of Excellence we have developed a service structure, based on these principles. Using this structure we are able to provide a combination of services, accelerators and products/tools to clients that creates a unique capability.
Our aim is to continue providing the highest quality capability to clients; through the combination of our excellent consulting organisation as well as the services, accelerators and products. We keep pace with the evolution of IT through the delivery of leading services to our clients, which enables us to strengthen our offering to clients, whilst developing repeatable services and accelerators to help reduce the time, cost and risk of our engagements. Where we see specific industry challanges we also provide niche, not commodity, software products and tools that support our ethos.
