Originally from a strong technical background which started with Digital Equipment, Jason has worked in the IT industry for more than 21 years. As a founder member of the consulting side of the business, Jason delivered consulting engagements to clients across many sectors for 9 years. During this time he has continued to develop his commercial acumen and today provides coaching, mentoring and leadership across many of the companies assignments.
His current role and latest challenge has been to re-focus the business behind a clearer position and develop a go to market strategy that covers all aspects of the business ensuring the right skills, processes and systems are within the business and a clear strategic plan is being followed. Ultimately the re-focus has led to a complete re-brand and re-launch of the business toward the mid-part of 2008.
John has worked in the IT industry for 20 years during which time he has developed a wide range of technical and commercial experience as well as a strong passion for excellence and the value that IT can bring to organisations. John joined C&C in 1997 as a Director to help build the services and consulting area of the business. During this time John has assisted many of C&C's clients in the mid-market and corporate sectors get better results from IT through his work as a lead consultant and architect on many large programmes.
Today he concentrates on the strategic development of C&C's products, markets and services. In this role John continues to work actively with a number of C&C's clients and the wider market place to understand and develop the services that will most benefit the company's clients and market place.
Carol has worked in accountancy for 17 years. In 1995 Carol made the transition from Practice to Industry and joined a film editing equipment hire company based at Shepperton Film Studios as Financial Controller. Following on from there Carol set-up in business as a freelance Management Accountant and then moved to a role as Financial Controller for a Hospitality company which specialised in F1 Motorsport .
Carol joined C&C as Financial Controller in January of 2006 to assist the company in establishing a new accounting & support function following the MBO, as well as assisting with the planning of the relocation to the company's new premises in Basingstoke. In September 2008 Carol was invited to join the Board of C&C Technology as Financial Director and as well as heading the Business Support function she is now playing an important role by developing C&C's financial strategy in line with the overall business plan.
