Welcome to the Resources section of our site, where the focus is to provide a repository for all the collaterals and background information you need to Help You Do IT Better.

The tools in this section are generally freely accessible, and C&C is committed to updating and refreshing the content here regularly so that we are constantly sharing new learning with you. All materials are copyrighted and remain our intellectual property, but feel free to use them within your own organisation.

The resources available relate to all 3 areas of IT:

1. Strategy & Management

How a business formulates IT strategy and plans in alignment with the business objectives, governs and manages investment and develops the culture and people within the organisation

2. Build & Change

How a business manages projects and programs, designs solutions and transitions and manages the delivery of IT related change in the business

3. Operations and Service Management

How a business manages the IT infrastructure and operation. Optimising and delivering service on the systems and infrastructure that exist within in the organisation today

While the information here may be primarily associated with a specific section of the 3 areas of IT, it is important to note that they should be viewed alongside the other areas.  This interaction is where the power of IT Know-Why & Know-How, comes from.
