Exceeding Industry Standards

C&C Technology recognise the importance of good processes and working practice and is highly committed to continuous improvement across the business, covering both client facing project and consulting activities as well as the back office and general operation of the business. It is our aim to deliver the highest quality capability to our clients. We believe this starts with how we run the operation, which is why we have designed our business in a way which enables us to deliver consistently high quality results, and manage any exceptions that arise. We have chosen to have our entire business acredited to the ISO (International Standards Organisation) for Quality, ISO9001:2008. Our business has been acredited to this high standard for over 10 years, and is continually under external assessment for how we manage quality and exceptions.
 
In addition to the quality of the operation, we undertake many activities to ensure our approach to quality extends into the delivery and consulting aspects of our business. Our QMS (Quality Management System) encompasses the ISO for operational quality, but also covers the delivery side of our business, including engagement startup, ongoing manangement, and close down including continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and learning. Part of this process includes full deliverable review cycles.
 
For our particular areas of focus within IT Infrastructure, we carry a number of industry and vendor recognised qualifications and certifications to give our clients additional confidence in our particular subject matter domains. As an independent organisation we also aim to incorporate, adopt and influence what we believe are key industry methods or frameworks which apply to our areas of expertise, including Prince2 for Project and Programme Management, TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, ITIL. Underlying these particular skills we have adopted the BCS's (British Computer Society) SFIA (Skills for the Information Age) for personal and skills development.
 
Together these elements combine to create a capability with a strong focus on quality, without adding unnecessary overhead to our operation. However, there's nothing like the real-world to create additional challenges and demands which are not necessarily covered by any of these aspects. Within our delivery capability we have created many re-usable methods, known as Accelerators, which have been developed from repeatedly delivering similar engagements across multiple clients. These enable us to fast track their application for new client engagements, ultimately saving them time, cost and reducing the risk. All of our engagements benefit from some level of acceleration, even the most bespoke. However, in some instances the acceleration can be dramatic.
