Spencer Niezgoda - Business Operations Coordinator

Spencer has over 10 years experience in process improvement and has worked for 2 major blue chip organisations. Spencer is also accredited with PRINCE 2 'Projects in Controlled Environments'. Since joining C&C Technology, in early 2008, Spencer has contributed significantly to shaping the Business Operation function to support the successful growth of the company.

This has allowed C&C to bring our various business functions together across the organisation, by further developing key systems and operation processes. As with any significant growth, Spencer recognises that you need a strong operational foundation to support our core business function. With the correct processes in place to support our continued growth, the output allows our Consultants and Project Managers to maximise their time and effort.
