We will discuss with you the kind of people we are looking for, the cultural values by which we run our company, the kind of work we do and which clients we work with. This is a two-way conversation - we will expect you to describe what you have done, the skills you have, your personality, your own values, personal aspirations and goals, and any other factors that may need to be considered. The purpose of the meeting is to determine if there is a match between the two parties. If so, we go to the next stage.
2. We Show
We invite you to come in and meet some of the C&C Technology Consulting team, experience and get a feel for the business, get under our skin a bit. This allows us to show you who we are, what we are about, warts and all! You can meet our great people from different areas of the business. If you like what you see then we will progress to the next stage.
3. You Show
The next stage of the process allows us to dig a little deeper in an effort to really understand you. We would typically expect you to come prepared to present to us, to tell us why you are a good fit for our company and our team.
4. Agreement/Offer
Providing all parties are happy, we may come to an agreement or offer. At this point we would be confident about hiring you, and you would be convinced that C&C Technology Consulting is the right company for you and that you are right for us.
